STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE
4 Cups frozen strawberries
1 Frozen banana
1 Cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tsp chia seeds

1 Cup frozen peach slices
1 Fresh peach
1 Cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 Cup rolled oats
1 Tbs hemp seeds
1/4 Tbs maple syrup
Blend together until smooth and enjoy!
Chocolate & Peanut Butter Smoothie
1 Large frozen ripe banana
1-2 Tbs cacao powder or carob powder for a plant-based option
2 Tbs creamy natural peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ Cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice), plus more to thin as necessary
1 Tbs wheat germ

1/3 Cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
2/3 Cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbs flax seed meal
1 Tbs pre-soaked pumpkin seeds
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
