4 Cups frozen strawberries

1 Frozen banana

1 Cup milk of choice (or try our plant milk powder!)

1 tsp chia seeds

1 Cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 Tbs hemp seeds

1-2 Tbs cacao powder or carob powder for a plant-based option

2 Tbs creamy natural peanut butter
