1/2 tsp chia seeds

Blend together until smooth and enjoy!

1 Cup frozen peach slices

1 Fresh peach

1 Cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 Cup rolled oats

1/4 tbs maple syrup
