Refund policy

Since natural foods with no preservatives store best in cool, dry conditions, our warehouses are climate controlled and we guarantee quality at the time of delivery. For this reason, we cannot guarantee quality beyond 7 days of delivery date due to the variable conditions possible in your location.

We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery. Restocking fee of up to $4 per item may apply unless merchandise is defective or delivered by our error.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of delivery. 

Return Policy

When requesting a return authorization, please have your order number and the product number for the item(s) you wish to return. 

When returning items in our retail store, please bring your original purchase receipt. To be accepted for a refund, items must be received in the original unopened, undamaged packaging.

Out of Stock Products

 We understand how disappointing it can be when a product is out of stock. In these situations, we prioritize ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Rather than substituting products, we issue refunds to give you the flexibility to choose an alternative that perfectly fits your needs. This approach allows us to maintain transparency and ensure you're always satisfied with your order. We want to avoid any potential confusion that might arise from substitutions and make sure you're fully happy with what you receive.

Membership Refund Policy

At Country Life Natural Foods, we’re committed to offering our members valuable access to exclusive benefits—like no minimum order for Free Shipping, Express Fulfillment, and Exclusive Sales.

No Refunds

Because membership benefits are delivered immediately upon joining, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including non-use of the membership and Early Cancellation.

Automatic Renewal

All memberships renew automatically according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).

To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel your membership at least one day before your renewal date. Once a renewal has been processed, we cannot issue a refund.
