VEGAN "BOUNTY BAR" SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 a frozen banana
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 Tbs cacao powder
- 1 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 Tbs hemp seeds
- 1 Tbs flax seeds
- 1 Tbs maple syrup or agave
- 1/4 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk or as needed to thin.
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until creamy and thick.
- Add coconut, nuts, and your favorite granola on top (or any ingredients you want, go crazy!).
