Right here. Our barley malt powder is non-diastatic and made from malted barley, in 10 oz, 5 lb and 50 lb sizes. Bakers add it to yeast breads for flavor, a little sweetness and deeper crust color. Not always. Malt comes in two kinds. Diastatic malt still has active enzymes that break starch into sugar, which changes how dough rises and browns. Non-diastatic malt has been heated so those enzymes are inactive, and it adds flavor, sweetness and color instead. Products sold as malted barley flour are often diastatic. Ours is non-diastatic, so check your recipe before swapping.

Yes. Stevia comes as organic extract powder, organic packets, an organic glycerite and flavored drops in vanilla, vanilla creme and chocolate. Monkfruit sweetener comes blended with erythritol or with allulose, and Slender Zero organic allulose comes as granules or syrup. We also stock xylitol in 1 lb, 3 lb and 55 lb. Keep xylitol away from dogs, since the FDA warns it's toxic to them.

Date sugar is whole dates that are dried and ground into granules, so dates are the only ingredient. Ours is made from California Deglet Noor dates. It works as a 1:1 swap for sugar in cookies, muffins and oatmeal, but it doesn't dissolve or melt like cane sugar, so it's not ideal in coffee. Sizes run 1 lb, 5 lb and 30 lb, plus organic in 30 lb.
