Yes. Our Potato Flakes, Organic are made from Colorado-grown organic potatoes and come in 1 lb, 4 lb and 40 lb bags. For mashed potatoes, mix 1 part flakes with 2 parts boiling water or plant milk, add a pinch of salt, and fluff with a fork rather than whipping. They also thicken soups, casseroles and pot pies. Yes. Simply Delish instant puddings are labeled vegan, kosher and non-GMO, and they're sweetened with erythritol and stevia extract instead of sugar. We currently carry strawberry and banana. They aren't certified gluten-free, so check the package if you need that. See Simply Delish instant puddings.

Yes. Sale items count toward free standard shipping on orders over $99 to the lower 48 states, and there's no surcharge for heavy items, so a 50 lb bag of sale flour ships at no extra cost. Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Country Life+ members ($99 a year) get free shipping on every order, whatever the size.
