Do you sell apple cider vinegar and safflower oil?

Yes, both. Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized, with 5% acidity, in 32 oz and 1 gallon bottles. Our high-oleic safflower oil comes in a 1 gallon jug and is a light, neutral oil that handles high-heat cooking. Together they make a simple homemade vinaigrette. What organic cooking oils do you carry?

Quite a few. For olive oil, choose from Bragg, DeLallo or Cadia organic extra virgin. We also carry organic canola (1 gallon), sunflower, sesame and avocado oils, organic virgin pumpkin seed oil, and three organic coconut oils: virgin, refined (44 lb) and liquid. Where can I buy natural, minimally processed cooking oils?

Right here. Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold-pressed, our NOW organic virgin coconut oil is expeller-pressed and not refined, bleached or deodorized, and Ellyndale avocado oil is expeller-pressed. We also carry organic virgin pumpkin seed oil and extra virgin olive oils from DeLallo and Cadia. Extra virgin and virgin oils keep more of their natural flavor than refined oils do.

What's the difference between refined and virgin coconut oil?

Virgin coconut oil is unrefined, so it keeps a mild coconut taste and aroma. Refined coconut oil has a neutral scent and flavor, which makes it a good everyday choice for baking and cooking when you don't want coconut flavor. Both are solid at cool room temperature. Which oils are best for high-heat cooking?

For sautéing, stir-frying and roasting, reach for a high-heat oil like avocado oil (smoke point around 520°F), high-oleic safflower oil or high-oleic sunflower oil. Refined coconut oil works well for baking and pan-frying. Save extra virgin olive oil, toasted sesame oil and pumpkin seed oil for lower-heat cooking, dressings and drizzling, where their flavor shines. See avocado cooking oil.

What's the difference between liquid aminos, coconut aminos and tamari?

All three are savory seasonings you can use like soy sauce. Bragg Liquid Aminos is made from non-GMO soybeans and water, without fermentation, and it's gluten-free. Bragg Coconut Aminos is soy-free, made from organic coconut tree sap and sea salt. San-J Organic Tamari is a naturally brewed soy sauce made without wheat and certified gluten-free. Do you sell olive oil in bulk?

Yes. Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes in 16 oz and 1 gallon sizes, and DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes in a 3 liter size. For smaller bottles, we carry DeLallo Organic Extra Virgin (16.9 oz) and Cadia Extra Virgin in organic and conventional (750 ml). Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 to the lower 48 states, and there's no surcharge for heavy items. That means 4.5 gallons of high-oleic sunflower oil or 44 lb of coconut oil ships free once your order reaches $99. Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days by FedEx or USPS.
