For bread, we carry SAF-Instant Red baking yeast in a vacuum-sealed 1 lb pack, a sourdough starter culture, and sourdough bread kits in all-purpose and gluten-free versions. For quick breads and cakes, choose Rumford baking powder (8.1 oz or 4 lb), Bob's Red Mill baking powder with no added aluminum (14 oz), Bob's Red Mill baking soda and cream of tartar. Our Sea Salt, Non-Iodized comes in 5 and 50 lb bags, and Redmond Real Salt, an unrefined salt from an ancient sea bed in Utah with nothing added, comes fine ground in 26 oz, 10 lb and 25 lb sizes, plus coarse, kosher and popcorn grinds. Choose organic cane sugar, organic dark brown sugar, organic powdered sugar, organic coconut sugar, Sucanat, date sugar, maple sugar granules and Grade A maple syrup, plus blackstrap molasses, date syrup and Lundberg organic rice syrup. Nutritional yeast comes as Red Star flakes with B-12 (8 oz to 50 lb) or organic flakes (8 oz to 55 lb). For thickening, we carry organic cornstarch, Rumford non-GMO cornstarch, arrowroot powder, potato starch, tapioca, agar powder, and Cornaby's E-Z Gel and Thick Gel.
