Is your pasta all natural?

Yes. Our Mantova organic semolina pasta is made from just organic durum wheat semolina and water, and the whole wheat pasta from 100% organic durum whole wheat semolina, both in Italy. Jovial brown rice pasta is organic brown rice flour and water, and our organic quinoa pasta is white rice, quinoa and amaranth. There are no artificial ingredients in any of them. What gluten-free pasta do you carry?

Jovial organic brown rice pasta is our biggest gluten-free line, in nine shapes: spaghetti, elbows, penne, fusilli, shells, farfalle, fettuccine, lasagna and manicotti. Jovial organic cassava pasta is grain-free and made in a dedicated gluten-free facility. Our organic quinoa pasta (5 lb) is made without wheat, from rice, quinoa and amaranth, but it isn't certified gluten-free. Shop brown rice spaghetti.

Do you sell grain-free pasta?

Yes. Jovial organic cassava pasta is grain-free and gluten-free, made in Italy in a dedicated gluten-free facility. It's also free of the top 8 allergens, legumes and gums, and it comes in 8 oz bags of spaghetti, penne, fusilli, elbows and orzo. It cooks up firm and works with all kinds of sauces. Do you carry einkorn pasta?

Yes. We carry Jovial organic einkorn pasta in fusilli and spaghetti, both 12 oz. It's made in Italy from high-extraction einkorn flour, so it cooks and tastes much like traditional semolina pasta with a richer, nuttier flavor. Einkorn is an ancient wheat and does contain gluten, so it isn't suitable for a gluten-free diet. See einkorn fusilli.

Do you sell pasta in bulk sizes?

Our organic quinoa pasta comes in 5 lb bags of spaghetti, penne, elbows and fusilli. Mantova organic pasta comes in 1 lb bags: semolina spaghetti, angel hair, penne rigate, fusilli and elbows, and whole wheat spaghetti, penne rigate, fusilli and medium shells. Do you have vegan mac and cheese?

Yes, two kinds. Jovial Vegan Mac (6 oz) pairs organic brown rice pasta with a dairy-free white cheddar-style seasoning, and it's gluten-free and organic.
