Where can I buy soy meat?

Right here. We ship soy-based meat substitutes across the lower 48 states: Butler Soy Curls made from whole non-GMO soybeans, TVP chunks and minced TVP made from textured soy flour, Butler Soy Fines for taco filling and chili, and Mori-Nu tofu. Our own Not Turkey Roast and Not Meatloaf mixes are built on soy fines too. A good place to start is Butler Soy Curls.

Where can I buy TVP near me?

You can order TVP from us online, from a 5 oz bag of TVP chunks up to 45 lb and 50 lb bulk bags. Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 to the lower 48 states, and there's no surcharge for heavy items, so a 50 lb bag ships free too. Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days. See our TVP chunks.

What are soy curls?

Butler Soy Curls are dried strips made from 100% whole non-GMO soybeans, with nothing else added. Soak them in warm water or broth for 8 to 10 minutes, squeeze out the extra liquid, then season and sauté, bake or air-fry. They have a chewy, shredded texture that works in fajitas, BBQ sandwiches, stir-fries and curries. We carry 8 oz, 3 lb and 12 lb bags.

What's the difference between TVP chunks, minced TVP and soy fines?

Mostly size and source. TVP chunks are 1/2 to 3/4 inch pieces for stews and stir-fries, and minced TVP is about 1/8 inch, like ground meat. Both are textured soy flour with no added color or flavor, so they soak up your seasonings. Butler Soy Fines are a small crumble made from whole soybeans, great for taco meat, sloppy joes and chili. See Soy Fines.

What's the difference between TVP and soy curls?

TVP is made from textured soy flour, while soy curls are made from the whole soybean. Both are non-GMO, unflavored and quick to rehydrate. TVP comes as chunks or mince and is an economical pick for chili, sauces and casseroles. Soy curls are long, chewy strips that brown nicely in a pan, so they shine wherever you'd use shredded chicken. Butler Soy Curls are certified gluten-free in the 8 oz and 12 lb sizes.

Do you have soy-free meat substitutes?

Yes, a few. Organic young jackfruit is our go-to soy-free option. It's mild, shreds like pulled meat and comes in a 2.2 lb package packed in water. Seitan tidbits and Primal Strips vegan jerky are made with wheat protein, but they contain soy sauce, so they aren't soy-free. For an easy soy-free dinner, our Instant Chili, Soy Free uses wheat protein shreds instead of soy.

Do you sell tofu?

Yes. We carry Mori-Nu silken tofu in Soft (organic), Firm and Extra-Firm, in 10.8 to 10.9 oz boxes made with non-GMO soybeans. They don't need refrigeration until opened, so they keep in the pantry and ship easily. Use soft tofu for dips, sauces and smoothies, and firm or extra-firm for scrambles and entrées. See Mori-Nu Extra-Firm Tofu.

Do you sell vegan jerky?

Yes. Primal Strips are 1 oz single-serve vegan jerky strips in Teriyaki, Hickory Smoked and Shiitake Hot & Spicy. They're made with non-GMO wheat protein, and the Hot & Spicy flavor adds shiitake mushrooms. They're easy to toss in a lunch box or backpack. Because they contain wheat and soy sauce, they aren't gluten-free or soy-free. Try the Teriyaki Primal Strips.
