Both are organic, non-GMO and vegan, made from mature soybeans that are soaked, drained and roasted. The salted ones are lightly sprayed with organic sunflower oil so the salt sticks. No. Soy nuts are roasted soybeans, which are legumes, not tree nuts. They're crunchy like nuts and work the same way in trail mix, salads or a snack jar. Keep in mind that soy is a major food allergen, and our soy nuts are packed in a facility that also handles tree nuts, peanuts, sesame and wheat, so they aren't a safe swap for every allergy.

Yes, in three styles. Our oat bran sesame sticks and salted sesame sticks come in 10 oz and 7.5 lb, and NOW sesame sticks come in 9 oz bags in Whole Wheat, Cajun and Garlic. Soya sticks are crunchy snack sticks made mainly from wheat starch and non-GMO soybean solids, and ours are made in Australia. We carry two flavors, Honey Mustard and Garden Herb, each in 8 oz, 2 lb and 22 lb sizes. The Garden Herb flavor comes from onion, garlic and chives. Both contain wheat, soy and barley malt extract. Most aren't. Sesame sticks and soya sticks are made with wheat, and both soya stick flavors also contain barley malt extract. Our soy nuts have no wheat ingredients, but they aren't certified gluten-free and are packed in a facility that also handles wheat.
