Ginger honey crystals are an instant ginger tea: concentrated ginger extract and honey dried into crystals that you stir into water. Postum is an instant coffee alternative made from roasted wheat, wheat bran, molasses and wheat starch. Stir 2 teaspoons into 8 ounces of hot water, then add milk or sweetener if you like. Most grain coffee substitutes are not. Postum is made from wheat, and Cafix and Kaffree Roma are made from barley and rye. None of them is certified gluten-free. Dandy Blend also lists barley and rye extracts. Teeccino is built on chicory, dandelion, carob and ramón seeds instead, but check the ingredients on the flavor you pick. If you need strictly gluten-free, read every label carefully.
