GF/plant-based 


INGREDIENTS

2 cups GF oat flour 

1 can pumpkin pie mix

1/2-3/4 cup of coconut milk ( refrigerated kind) 

2 Tbs maple syrup

1 Tbs baking powder 

1 Tsp pumpkin pie spice 

1 Tsp cinnamon 

1/8 tsp salt 

1 Tba vanilla extract 

1 Tsp apple cider vinegar
