Nut Butter Bliss: 3 Smoothie Recipes to Fuel Your Day

BLISSFULL SMOOTHIES

1. Blushful Beet

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 a cup cubed raw beet
  • 1/2 a cup sliced carrot
  • 1/2 a cup strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup almond milk

2. Tropical Kiss

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 a cup cubed mango
  • 1 cup cubed pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1/2 a cup orange juice
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia butter
  • 1 cup oat milk

3. Blueberry Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond/oat milk

Directions:

  • Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth or your desired consistency.
  • You can adjust the amount of milk and add crushed ice to your liking.
  • Using plant-based yogurt instead of milk will give the smoothie a creamier and thicker consistency.
