3 WAYS TO ENJOY OUR TOFU SCRAMBLE SEASONINGS

CLASSIC TOFU SCRAMBLE

Pat dry tofu. Add oil to a pan and crumble tofu into the pan. Add the classic scramble seasoning or anyone of your choice. Stir until well combined, and the tofu is cooked to your liking. Add chopped tomatoes and spinach, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve on wholewheat or rye bread.

BBQ BURRITO TOFU SCRAMBLE

Pat dry tofu. Add oil to a pan and crumble tofu into the pan. Add the smoked BBQ seasoning or anyone of your choice. Stir until well combined, and the tofu is cooked to your liking. Add chopped tomatoes and spinach, and cook for 2-3 minutes. You could also add vegan sausage or black beans for extra substance. Serve with a wrap. 

LEMON & HERB TOFU RICOTTA

Add 1 block of extra firm or firm tofu drained (not patted dry) to a food processor. Add 1/2 cup- 1/3 cup Lemon Herb Seasoning. Process until desired consistency and enjoy in lasagna, on top of pizza, in sandwiches, or as a dip.
