Leftover vegan burger patties

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix chia seeds with water and let sit for 5 minutes to form a gel.
  2. In a large bowl, combine quinoa, mashed pinto beans, chopped onions, chia gel, and salt (Mix everything you want in the burgers).
  3. You want to make sure you have an even distribution of the chia gel throughout the mixture since it is the binding agent.
  4. Ensure you have a sticky, paste-like consistency, then form the mixture into patties.
  5. Heat coconut oil in a pan and cook patties on each side for 3-4 minutes until brown and crispy.
  6. Enjoy!
