vegan hot chocolate recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups Oat or Plant-Based Milk of Choice
- 120 g Vegan Dark Chocolate or Carob Chips
- 1 teaspoon Cacao Powder
- Half a teaspoon Cinnamon
- Half a teaspoon Nutmeg
- Vegan Marshmallows (optional)
Directions:
- In the microwave, warm up the oat milk.
- Chop up the chocolate into small pieces.
- Add the milk to a bowl or pot, and whisk in the chocolate pieces.
- Add the cacao, cinnamon and nutmeg, and stir.
- Mix with an electric mixer to thicken.
- Serve with sprinkled cacao powder and vegan marshmallows (optional).
