For Burger Patties: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of salt. Stir 4 cups of the mix into the pot. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat. When cool, form into patties about a half-inch thick. Bake at 350 degrees on an oiled sheet pan for about 20 minutes per side. 4 cups of dry mix make about 16 patties. Enjoy!
