GREAT product, we love it!

This vegan "parmesan" is so good, and very versatile--we use it on pasta, in soup, on salads--eat it every day. It's delicious and of course, we feel good about the excellent nutrition as well. Highly recommend this delicious product. Would like to be able to buy it in bulk, as we go through it so fast.
