For a wholesome breakfast cereal combine 1 part of dry cream of wheat to 4 parts of water or non-dairy milk, add salt to taste and simmer on very low heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes or until thickened. Enjoy with a little honey or maple syrup and some colorful fresh fruit.
*Note: This cream of wheat is a bit more coarse than store-bought products, but definitelty more wholesome and tasty in our opinion ;-)
