About my first order

First, a little qualifier; I have been a homemaker for 65 years, raised 3 wonderful children and as much as possible, done it with natural products. Now, this grain is as good as I have ever used! No dirt, no dust and in appearance, totally clean and good. The packaging is good and spotlessly clean even after transit.
I've only begun to grind and bake with it, but so far it is quiet satisfactory.
I hope to be a regular customer albeit just in small quantities as we are older and need very little.

Hulled barley

Delivered as promised. I've never used this food before, only the pearled version. Product is first rate, clean, no pebbles or chaff. Does take lot longer to cook but I cook it the night before in the pressure cooker and then just add milk and microwave in the AM with some milk and brown sugar and it is a delicious, nutritious inexpensive breakfast.
