Ingredients: Soy fines (textured non-GMO soybeans), chickpea (garbanzo bean) flour, not chicken seasoning* (cassava flour*, sea salt, nutritional yeast*, onion powder*, paprika*, granulated garlic*, turmeric*, parsley flakes*, celery seed*, ground savory (summer)*, ground basil*, rosemary*, thyme*, oregano*, marjoram*, rubbed sage*), nutritional yeast flakes, coconut sugar, real salt, rubbed sage, rosemary, thyme
To make: Preheat your oven to 375⁰F. Place the contents of the bag in a large bowl and mix with 2.5 cups of boiling water. Stir well to combine and let stand for 5 minutes. Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or spraying it with cooking spray. Add meatloaf mixture to loaf pan and smooth the top. Cover the loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
May make ahead and reheat as needed.
Serve with mushroom gravy or the gravy of your choice
