Instant Cheez Mix is amazingly tasty and quick to prepare. Our Cheez makes the best vegan Mac'n'Cheez you can imagine...but don't stop there, use it for Nachos and other Mexican dishes, layer in Lasagna, drizzle over veggies, etc.

How To Prepare

In a small saucepan combine 2 cups of water with 1 1/4 cup of the Cheez Mix and heat slowly while stirring until sauce is thickened. May add a drizzle of olive oil if desired. Makes 2-4 servings

If smoother Cheez is desired, place the Cheez mix and water in a blender and blend for 1 minute, then cook.
