Have fun improvising and adding local or seasonal produce to your recipes.

Fresh fruit make a great addition to these pancakes.  Or, put some frozen berries in a pot, stir regularly and simmer for 10-15 minutes to get a berry compote.


This vegan mac recipe can just as easily be made into a casserole - mac bites add a fun twist and make them easy to serve.



Have fun mixing and matching veggies in this salad! Tomato, edamame, avocado, even sunflower seeds could be fun additions to this fresh dish.



Steam and finely chop broccoli to add to this soup after blending for a hit of veggies.  Peas, spinach, or kale would also be delicious!
