The many ways that 4-Grain Flakes can be consumed demonstrate their incredible versatility. They can be combined with your favorite fruits, nuts, and yogurt to make a delectable and wholesome meal, or eaten as a traditional bowl of cereal with milk of your choice.
Cooking Instructions: Bring 2 cups water and ½ tsp salt to a boil. Add 1 cup cereal and reduce heat. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 2 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
