Brazil Nuts are the seeds from the South American Brazil Nut tree. They are also known to be a great source of healthful fats, protein, fiber, and selenium. Quite versatile, they can be used in different recipes, or simply eaten raw as a snack.
To roast Brazil nuts at home, spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes.
