Cooking instructions:

1 c. roasted kasha

2 c. water

1/2 tsp salt

Rinse Kasha in cold water.  In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water and salt to a boil. Stir in the rinsed kasha. Reduce heat to low, cover with a tight-fitting lid, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the water is fully absorbed.  Turn off the heat and let the pot sit, covered, for 10 minutes to steam.
