NO-BAKE 4TH OF JULY COCONUT BALLS RECIPE
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2.5 Tbsp. no-salt almond butter (melted)
- 3.5 ounces of desiccated coconut (some extra for rolling afterwards)
- 1 tsp. almond milk (if needed)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together with a wooden spoon. If the mixture is too dry, add some almond milk for moisture.
- For red and blue colored balls, divide the mixture into three parts and add red and blue food coloring, respectively.
- Gently roll into small balls and lightly roll through desiccated coconut until covered.
- Store in the fridge and enjoy!
