Ingredients: Vitamin D ( as D3 Cholecalciferol from Lanolin) 125mcg/5000 IU, Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-7) 180 mcg.  Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Modified Starch, Maltodextrin and Silicon Dioxide.
