Bean and BARLEY soup

I wish that I had read the ingredients for this mix. I expected a "Bean Soup Mix" to be just beans! The second ingredient is actually BARLEY. My husband and I are both gluten sensitive. So I am not sure what we will d with this mix - pick out all of the barley before cooking? We order from Country Life often, and this is the only item that we have been disappointed with. The label should really be: Bean and Barley Soup Mix.

Good product. Came in individual 5lb bags which was convenient. Should be really good in soup. Haven’t tried them yet but a lot of variety of beans. Delivery was quick.
