Make a classic scramble, add any veggies you want, or serve with salsa, potatoes or rice in a breakfast burrito...DELICIOUS!
Directions
Drain and pat dry firm or extra firm tofu. Add a bit of oil to a pan. Crumble tofu into large chunks, add 1/3 cup seasoning if using 12oz tofu or 1/2 cup of seasoning for 16oz blocks of tofu. Mix until tofu looks lightly grilled like a traditional scramble.
Size: 7 oz
*1 container will be enough for about 4.5 - 5.5 large blocks of tofu, but season to your liking.
