One of the healthiest egg or meat substitutes is tofu, but only when seasoned to perfection. That's why we created this seasoning mix so you can simply add to your tofu and get on with your day. We value your health and want you to feel amazing. You can also use this seasoning for soy curls, rice, veggies or anything else you’d like!
Cook as per directions below, or use this Lemon Herb seasoning to make Tofu Ricotta, and serve as a dip with a drizzle of olive oil, or layer in vegan lasagna! Simply add undrained firm or extra firm tofu to a food processor with desired amount of seasoning and process until ricotta-like texture is achieved.
Directions: Drain and pat dry firm or extra firm tofu. Add a bit of oil to a pan. Crumble tofu into large chunks, add 1/3 cup seasoning if using 12oz tofu or 1/2 cup of seasoning for 16oz blocks of tofu. Mix until tofu looks lightly grilled like a traditional scramble.
